Quvirl ("we", "our", or "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and other applicable global data protection laws.

1. Information We Collect

• Account & Authentication Data: When you register or sign in (via email or Google Identity Services OAuth), we collect your name/store name, email address, and primary sales channel preference to verify member access and prevent automated scraping.
• AI Video Lab Ephemeral Media & Session Vault: When you upload video/audio files or configure session credentials in AI Video Lab, files are isolated to your private session directory. Raw source video files (source.mp4) are automatically deleted 10 minutes after processing completes, or immediately upon job failure.
• Usage, Analytics & Device Data: We collect standard technical telemetry (IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages visited, and interaction events) via cookies and analytics scripts.

2. How We Use Your Information

We process information strictly to: (a) authenticate your account and provide access to the Product Demand Radar and AI Video Lab; (b) process your user-directed video clipping and transcription jobs; (c) maintain platform security, rate limits, and anti-bot protections; and (d) measure site performance and fund free platform access via display advertising and affiliate partnerships.

3. Third-Party Services, Advertising & Affiliate Networks

We use trusted third-party infrastructure and monetization partners that may set cookies or process anonymized technical identifiers under their own privacy policies:

• Analytics & Authentication: Google Analytics (G-Y5QM3GGPWE) and Google Identity Services.
• Cloud Hosting & Edge Security: Vercel, Cloudflare, and dedicated GPU cloud workers.
• Advertising & Affiliate Partners: Adcash, Monetag, and CJdropshipping / AliExpress affiliate links on public product research pages. You can control or block third-party cookies at any time via your browser settings or ad-blocker preferences.

4. Your Data Protection Rights (GDPR, CCPA & Global Privacy Rights)

Depending on your jurisdiction, you have the right to: (a) request access to or a copy of the personal data we hold about you; (b) request correction or immediate deletion of your account, session vault, and personal data; (c) withdraw consent to processing; and (d) opt out of non-essential cookies. We never sell your personal email address or private session vault data to third parties.

5. Data Retention & Security

Uploaded source videos in AI Video Lab are automatically purged 10 minutes after readiness. Account verification records are retained only while your account remains active or until you request deletion.
